The 2025 Quilt of Valor Block Drive is a volunteer project to make, collect and support
the North Carolina Quilts of Valor program.
The 2025 block is the Log Cabin using various shades of red and blue, plus white or
cream. A scant 1/4″ seam works best to produce an unfinished block size of 12 1/2″.
You may see sample blocks at our meetings, the second Tues. night of each month (see meeting schedule for details).
Nancy Wright will collect the blocks at each guild meeting through November 2025. After that, the blocks will be shipped to the North Carolina Quilts of Valor Coordinator for distribution to piecers to assemble the quilts.
You may contact Nancy at haybrton@gmail.com or see her at the guild meetings If you have any questions. See www.qovf.org for more information on QOV activities.
